TPM23513 Description
The TPM23513 driver is a single-channel isolated gate driver for IGBTs, MOSFETs, and SiC MOSFETs. Its input is optocoupler patible with the industrial standard widebody WSOP6 package. Its driving capability can support a 4.5-A source and 5-A sink current.
