TPM5350S Overview
Description
The TPM5350xQ driver is an automotive-grade singlechannel isolated gate driver for IGBTs, MOSFETs, and SiC MOSFETs. Its input is CMOS/TTL compatible with the industrial standard wide-body WSOP8 package.
