TPM5350SQ Description
The TPM5350xQ driver is an automotive-grade singlechannel isolated gate driver for IGBTs, MOSFETs, and SiC MOSFETs. Its input is CMOS/TTL patible with the industrial standard wide-body WSOP8 package. Its driving capability can support a 5-A source and 5-A sink current.
