APW8835 is a 3A synchronous buck converter with integrated power MOSFETs.

The APW8835 design with a current-mode control scheme, can convert wide input voltage of 7.5V to 24V to the output voltage adjustable from 0.8V to 20V to provide excellent output voltage regulation.

  • Wide Input Voltage Range from 7.5V to 24V 3A Continuous Output Current Adjustable Output Voltage from 0.8V to 20V VREF=0.8V+1% over all Load & Line Regulation & TC Range Integrated High/Low Side MOSFET High Efficiency Performance up to 95% scale Low Shutdown Current.
