APW8802 Overview
Description
The APW8802 is a 8A, synchronous, step-down converter with integrated 12mΩ N-channel High-Side MOSFET and 12m Ω Low-Side MOSFET. The APW8802 steps down high voltage to generate low-voltage chipset or RAM supplies in notebook computers.
