Description

APW8804 is a 3A synchronous buck converter with integrated 65m Ω high side and 55m Ω low side power MOSFETs. The APW8804, design with a current-mode control scheme, can convert wide input voltage of 2.6V to 6V to the output voltage adjustable from 0.6V to 6V to provide excellent output voltage regulation.
