Description

APW8805A is a 3A synchronous buck converter with integrated 75m Ω high side and 55m Ω low side power MOSFETs. The APW8805A, design with a current-mode control scheme, can convert wide input voltage of 2.6V to 6V to the output voltage adjustable from 0.6V to 6V to provide excellent output voltage regulation.
