General Description

APW8805A is a 3A synchronous buck converter with integrated 75m Ω high side and 55m Ω low side power MOSFETs.

The APW8805A, design with a current-mode control scheme, can convert wide input voltage of 2.6V to 6V to the output voltage adjustable from 0.6V to 6V to provide excellent output voltage regulation.

The APW8805A is equipped with force PWM mode opeation.
