The r elay is a solid-stat e r eplacement f or single pole, normally-open, (1 Form A) electromechanical relays.

The r elay is a solid-stat e r eplacement f or single pole, normally-open, (1 Form A) electromechanical relays. The ASSR-5211 c onsists of an AlG aAs infrar ed lightemitting diode (LED ) input stage optically c oupled t o a high-v oltage output det ector cir cuit. The det ector consists of a high-speed phot ovoltaic diode arra y and driver circuitry to switch on/off two discrete high voltage MOSFETs.
