AOD444 Overview
The AOD444/AOI444 bine advanced trench MOSFET technology with a low resistance package to provide extremely low RDS(ON). Those devices are suitable for use in PWM, load switching and general purpose applications. The value of RqJA is measured with the device mounted on 1in2 FR-4 board with 2oz.
