AOZ7270DI Description
The AOZ7270 is a 600V AlphaZBLTM product that uses an internal 190mΩ N-channel MOSFET to replace a diode when used in AC/DC diode-bridge application. The AOZ7270 reduces power consumption and improves thermals. The Schottky diode bridge rectifier is a classic circuit used for full-wave ac-to-dc rectification and dc polarity correction.
