AOZ7271DV Description
The AOZ7271 is a 600 V AlphaZBLTM product that uses an internal 125 mΩ N-channel MOSFET to replace a diode when used in AC/DC diode-bridge application. The AOZ7271 reduces power consumption and heat dissipation. The diode bridge rectifier is a classic circuit used for fullwave AC-to-DC rectification and DC polarity correction.
