ADIS16547 Overview

The ADIS16545/ADIS16547 are a plete inertial system that includes a triaxis gyroscope and a triaxis accelerometer. Each inertial sensor in the ADIS16545/ADIS16547 bines with signal conditioning that optimizes dynamic performance. The factory calibration characterizes each sensor for sensitivity, bias, and alignment.

  • ±0.15° axis to axis misalignment error (1 σ)

  • 0.07°/√hr angular random walk (1 σ, ADIS16545-1BMLZ, ADIS16547-1BMLZ)
