The BCT2203 series low-power, high voltage, low-dropout, CMOS linear voltage regulators operate from a 2.7V to 36.0V input voltage with 2.5uA low power. They are the perfect choice for high input voltage, low power applications. A low ground current makes this part attractive for battery operated power systems.
