CN3155 Description
The CN3155 is a plete constant-current /constant voltage linear charger for single cell or dual-cell lithium titanate rechargeable batteries. The device contains an on-chip power MOSFET and eliminates the need for the external current sense resistor and blocking diode. Its low external ponent count makes CN3155 ideally suited for portable applications.
