CN3152 Description
The CN3152 is a plete constant-current /constant voltage linear charger for single cell Li-ion and Li Polymer rechargeable batteries. The device contains an on-chip power MOSFET and eliminates the need for the external sense resistor and blocking diode. Its low external ponent count makes CN3152 ideally suited for portable applications.
