General Description

: The CN3162 is a complete constant-current /constant voltage linear charger for single cell lithium rechargeable battery.

The device contains an on-chip power MOSFET and eliminates the need for the external current sense resistor and blocking diode.

Its low external component count makes CN3162 ideally suited for portable applications.
