The CYT6167 is an efficient linear voltage ¾ Typical 175m V dropout voltage at 150m A. regulator. It has extra low dropout voltage. At light ¾ Low Ground current at 65u A. (Typ.) loads the typical dropout voltage is 15m V, at full ¾ Guaranteed 400m A output over the full load the typical dropout voltage is 600m V. The operating temperature range. output voltage accuracy is better than 2%.
¾ Extremely tight load and line regulation.
¾ The CYT6167 has low ground current at 65u A,
¾ so it can help prolong battery life. The CYT6167 is
