CST9001 series is a group of positive voltage output, low power consumption, low dropout voltage, Linear voltage regulator.

Features

  • Maximum Output Current: 200mA.
  • Small Dropout Voltage 150mV@100mA (Vout=3.3V) 240mV@100mA (Vout=1.8V).
  • Input Voltage Range: 1.5V~6.5V.
  • Output Voltage Range: 0.9V~5.0V (customized on command in 0.1V steps).
  • RoHS Compliant and Lead (Pb) Free.
  • High Accurate: ±2% (±1% customized).
