General Description
The CA-IS309x family of devices is galvanically-isolated RS485 transceivers with built-in isolated DC-DC converter, that eliminates the need for a separate isolated power supply in space constrained isolated designs.
Key Features
- High-Performance and Compliant with RS-485 EIA/TIA-485 Standard.
- Data rate: up to 20Mbps for CA-IS3098 and 0.5Mbps for CA-IS3092.
- 1/8 unit load enables up to 256 nodes on the bus.
- 3V to 5.5V supply voltage range, and the CAIS3092VW/CA-IS3098VW provide individual logic supply input.
