Description

CA-IS3092 and CA-IS3098 devices are isolated half-duplex RS-485 and RS-422 transceivers with high reliability, low EMI and strong anti-interference capability from magnetic changes.

  • Meets TIA/EIA-485-A Requirements.
  • Integrated DC-DC Power Supply - 3.3V/5V Output - VISO≤VCC - Soft-start to Suppress Inrush Current - Over-Current and Short Circuit Protection - Over Temperature Protection.
  • Robust Electro-Magnetic Compatibility (EMC).
  • Up to 10 Mbps.
  • Fail-safe Receiver for Bus Open, Short.
  • Up to 256 Nodes on a Bus.
  • Bus-Pin ESD Protection: - 8kV HBM - ±15 kV IEC 61000-4-2 Contact Discharge.
  • 3V to 5.5V Input V.
