ETA85601 Overview
The ETA85601 is a high voltage and high reliability power MOSFET/IGBT drivers with 300mA source, 600 mA sink current capability. The remended VDD operating voltage is 10V to 20V for IGBTs and 10V to 17V for power MOSFETS.
