The instruction set retains the AT architecture from the F2MC-8L and F2MC-16L families, with further refinements including high-level language instructions, extended addressing modes, improved multiplication and division operations (signed), and bit processing. In addition, long word processing is made possible by the inclusion of a built-in 32-bit accumulator. Note: F2MC is the abbreviation of FUJITSU Flexible Microcontroller.
