GM66100 Description
The GM66100/1/2 series are 1A ultra low-dropout linear voltage regulators that provide low-voltage, high output current from an extremely small package. The GM66100/1/2 offers extremely low dropout (typically 410 m V at 1A) and low ground current (typically 12mA at 1A). The GM66100 offers 3 Lead packages with a fixed output voltage options while GM66101/2 offer SO8 packages for fixed and adjustable output voltages...
