General Description

The HM5565A product is a high integration solution for lithiumion/polymer battery protection.

HM5565A contains advanced power MOSFET, high-accuracy voltage detection circuits and delay circuits.

HM5565A is put into an ultra-small DFN2X2-6 package and only one external ponent makes it an ideal solution in limited space of battery pack.
