General Description
MOTIX™ IMD70xA is a controller specifically designed for 3 phase BLDC or PMSM drives applications.
IMD70xA integrates a fully programmable XMC1404 ARM® Cortex®-M0 microcontroller from Infineon XMC1400 family with 6EDL7141, a 60V three phase smart gate driver with integrated power supply.
