IRS2301S Overview
© 2009 International Rectifier 2 IRS2301S Description The IRS2301S is a high voltage, high speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with independent high- and lowside referenced output channels. Proprietary HVIC and latch immune CMOS technologies enable ruggedized monolithic construction. The logic input is patible with standard CMOS or LSTTL output, down to 3.3V logic.
