Description
The IRS2304 is a high voltage, high speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. Proprietary HVIC and latch immune CMOS technologies enable ruggedized monolithic construction. The logic input is patible with Feature parison Crossstandard CMOS or LSTTL output, Input conduction Part down to 3.3 V logic. The output driver logic prevention features a high pulse current buffer logic stage designed for minimum driver 2106/2301 HIN/LIN no 21064 cross-conduction. The floating chan2108 HIN/LIN yes nel can be used to drive an N-chan21084 nel power MOSFET or IGBT in the 2109/2302 IN/SD yes high-side configuration which oper21094 yes HIN/LIN ates up to 600 V. 2304
