DESCRIPTION The MPM3812C is a monolithic, step-down switch-mode converter with built-in, internal power MOSFETs and an inductor. The MPM3812C achieves 1A of continuous output current (IOUT) from a 2.3V to 5.5V input voltage (VIN) range, with excellent load and line regulation. The MPM3812C is ideal for a wide range of applications, including high-performance digital signal processors (DSPs), wireless power, portable and mobile devices, and other lowpower systems.
