MPQ4321 Description
The MPQ4321 is a frequency-configurable (350kHz to 2.5MHz), synchronous, step-down switching converter with integrated internal highside and low-side power MOSFETs. The device provides 1A of highly efficient output current with peak current mode control. The wide 3.3V to 36V input range with 42V load dump tolerance acmodates a variety of stepdown applications in automotive input environments.
