MPQ6628GF-AEC1 Description
The MPQ6628 is an 8-channel, half-bridge DMOS output driver with integrated power MOSFETs. The input voltage ranges between 5.5V and 40V, with an output current capability up to 0.8A. The right half-bridges can be controlled separately via a standard serial data interface, and each half-bridge has various diagnostic functions.
