MPQ8632 Description
The MPQ8632 is a fully integrated high frequency synchronous rectified step-down switch mode converter. It offers a very pact solution to achieve 4A/6A/8A/10A/12A/15A/20A output current over a wide input supply range with excellent load and line regulation. The MPQ8632 uses Constant-On-Time (COT) control mode to provide fast transient response and ease loop stabilization.
