Datasheet (EN) 2.2
Product Overview
Applications
The NST112 is a 1.5V to 3.6V micropower digital temperature sensor. The on-chip 14-bit analog-todigital converter (ADC) provides resolution down to 0.015625°C. The device is specified at the full temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
The NST112 municates through a flexible 2-wire digital interface which is patible with SMBus and I2C and supports 4 device addresses. The device offers a typical accuracy of 0.1°C, it is highly linear and does not require plex calculations or lookup tables to derive temperature.
NST112 has a four-ball wafer chip-scale package (DSBGA), making it suitable for on-board and off-line applications in the industrial and consumer markets.
