UJA1161A
description
The UJA1161A is a ‘self-supplied’ high-speed CAN transceiver integrating an ISO 11898-2:2016 and SAE J2284-1 to SAE J2284-5 pliant HS-CAN transceiver and an internal 5 V CAN supply. The only supply input is a battery connection. The UJA1161A can be operated in a very-low-current Standby mode with bus wake-up capability.
This implementation enables reliable munication in the CAN FD fast phase at data rates up to 5 Mbit/s.
