Description
The NJG1801AKGC-A is a GaAs SPDT switch MMIC suited for switching transmit/receive signals on sub GHz ISM band, Bluetooth, 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, and UWB applications. This switch features low insertion loss, high isolation, high handling power, and ultra-wide frequency coverage up to 8.5 GHz.
