NCP5211A Description
NCP5211A Low Voltage Synchronous Buck Controller The NCP5211A is a low voltage synchronous buck controller. It contains all required circuitry for a synchronous buck converter using external N−Channel MOSFETs. High current internal gate drivers are capable of driving low RDS(on) NFETs for better efficiency.
