The LNA has a 1.9 d B noise figure at 1960 MHz with 17.5 d B gain and an IIP3 intercept of - 4 d Bm. The single-ended input, double balanced mixer has a 9.5 d B noise figure with 8 d B gain and IIP3 of +6.0 d Bm at 1960 MHz.
