Description The RC22312/RC22308 is an ultra-low phase noise multi-frequency clock synthesizer and digitally controlled oscillator (DCO). This flexible, low-power device outputs clocks with 25fs RMS jitter supporting 112Gbps and 224Gbps Ser Des.
