RT6160D Overview
Description
The RT6160D is a high-ef f iciency, single-inductor, ACOT® (Advanced Constant On-Time) monolithic synchronous buck-boost converter that can deliver up to 3A output current f rom an input voltage range of 2.2V to 5.5V. It can regulate the digitally programmable output voltage f rom 2.025V to 5.2V, making it suitable f or a wide range of input supply applications, regardless of whether the input voltage is lower, higher than, or equal to the output voltage.
