Description
The RT6336 family consists of high-efficiency synchronous buck converters with pseudo constant switching frequency 500kHz, delivering up to 6A output current. The RT6336A/RT6336B and RT6336AH/RT6336BH operate from 4.5V to 23V input voltage.
