250mA, Ultra-Low Noise, Low Quiescent Current, LDO Regulator General Description The RT9086 is a high performance positive low dropout (LDO) regulator designed for applications requiring very low dropout voltage and ultra-high Power Supply Ripple Rejection (PSRR) low noise, low quiescent current that can supply up to 250mA output current. The input voltage range is from 2.2V to 5.5V. The device is designed to work with a 1F input and a 1F output ceramic capacitor (no separate noise bypass capacitor is required).
