PROTECTION PRODUCTS - µClamp® Description The µClamp® TVS diodes are designed for automobile applications and qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade3. They offer superior electrical characteristics such as lower clamping voltage and no device degradation when compared to other technologies. They are designed to protect sensitive semiconductor components from damage or upset due to electrostatic discharge (ESD), lightning, electrical fast transients (EFT), and cable discharge events (CDE). The µClamp®0301PQ is constructed using Semtech’s proprietary EPD process technology.
