SGM61450 Description
FEATURES The SGM61450 is a current mode controlled nonsynchronous Buck converter with 4.5V to 42V input range and 5A continuous output current. A low RDSON N-MOSFET is integrated as high-side switch. The quiescent current is as low as 148μA.
