General Description
The SLM6240 devices are high-performance, fixed frequency, current-mode PWM step-up DC/DC converters that incorporate internal power MOSFETs.
The SLM6240 includes an integrated 80mΩ power switch that supports peak currents of up to 4A.
The device is capable of providing an output voltage up to 24 V.
