2.5A Output Current Opto-Compatible Single Channel Isolated IGBT Gate Driver with Active Protection Features
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The SLMi332 isolated driver is an advanced optocompatible single channel isolated IGBT gate driver with active protection features, such as desaturation detection, UVLO, isolated fault sensing and active miller clamp. The SLMi332 can provide 2.5A peak output current. The default desaturation threshold is 6.5V for devices without suffix H and 9V for devices with suffix H.
The input side supply operates from 3V to 18V and the output side supply allows for a range from 14V to 40V. All the supply voltage pins have under voltage lock-out (UVLO) protection.
