DESCRIPTION… The SP9600 is a very low power 12-Bit Digital-to-Analog Converter. It Features
0.5 to 4.5 volt output swing when using a single +5volt supply. The converter uses a standard 3- wire serial interface patible with SPI™, QSPI™ and Microwire™. The output settling-time is specified at 20µs. The SP9600 is available in 8- pin 0.15" SOIC and DIP packages, specified over mercial and industrial temperature ranges.
