General Description

The SP9604 is a very low power replacement for the popular SP9345, Quad 12-Bit Digital-toAnalog Converter.

Key Features

  • ±4.5V output swings when using ±5 volt supplies. The converter is double-buffered for easy microprocessor interface. Each 12-bit DAC is independently addressable and all DACs may be simultaneously updated using a single transfer command. The output settling-time is specified at 30µs. The SP9604 is available in 28.
  • pin SOIC and plastic DIP packages, specified over commercial temperature range. Ref In INPUT.
