M/A-COM’s MADCSM0011 integrated downconverter combines a downconverting mixer, an IF amplifier, a LO buffer amplifier and an output mode switch.

The MADCSM0011 is packaged in a low cost 3mm 12-Lead PQFN package with an exposed pad for improved high frequency grounding.
