Abstract
This datasheet document describes the specification and functionalities of Mira130, a 1.3 MP global shutter NIR image sensor with excellent Quantum Efficiency in the near-infrared range. The main target application for this sensor is 3D-enabled consumer devices. The state-of-the-art NIR performance of Mira130 allows outstanding power consumption reduction of 3D systems in which this sensor is used.
