TPS2551
Overview
The TPS2550/51 power-distribution switch is intended for applications where heavy capacitive loads and short-circuits are likely to be encountered, incorporating a 100-mΩ, N-channel MOSFET in a single package. The current-limit threshold is user adjustable between 100 mA and 1.1 A via an external resistor.
