NPS3005-Q100 Description
NPS3005-Q100 is a single channel load switch with an adjustable soft start. It contains a 6 A continuous current rated N-channel MOSFET that can operate over an input voltage range of 0.5 V to 5.5 V. NPS3005-Q100 is controlled by an EN pin which supports down to 1.2 V control voltage.
